What is your favourite move?
Back thrust. It is the most difficult move in taekwondo and I took about three months to master it.

That’s impressive. How many hours do you train in a week?
I trained one hour a week last year. Starting this year, because I got my green belt,
I need to do free sparring myself. In total, I train two hours a week. My trainings are two hours
non-stop, from 6 to 8 p.m., with training and sparring lessons. Tiring but I enjoy it.

Do you have a special ritual before a grading or competition?
I’ll ask my father for a sweet.

Why does Javier want a sweet?
